1. Delivery Policy:
Camelia Trading is dedicated to providing high-quality wholesale products directly to your location. Kindly acquaint yourself with the outlined terms governing our delivery procedures.
2. Processing Time:
Every orders placed by customer will be confirmed by Camelia within 2 hours of placing an order, the list of confirmed items will be received on the registered email id of the customer. Orders are processed based on the confirmed delivery schedule and mode of receipt: Pick-up from Camelia warehouse or Delivery to Client address. We commit to notifying you promptly of any shipment delays and provide an approximate time of delivery or pick-up once the shipment reaches our warehouse.
3. Delivery Address:
Ensure clarity in your provided delivery address details, specifying the assigned person for order receipt and signature on the provided delivery note. If an alternative delivery location or self-pickup is preferred, kindly update the special instruction notes during the order confirmation in the checkout process.
4. Delivery Costs:
Delivery costs are calculated considering volume, chosen method, and destination. Enjoy free delivery for orders exceeding AED 200 within a 10 km radius of our warehouse. For orders beyond 10 km but exceeding AED 500, delivery remains free; otherwise, a fee of AED 50 applies within Dubai and Abu Dhabi limits. Deliveries to other emirates require a minimum order of AED 1500, else a delivery fee of AED 200 is applicable.
5. Delivery Timeframe:
Adherence to the notified delivery timeframe is crucial. For express orders, delivery times can be advised based on client requirements, driver availability, and the delivery location.
6. Returns and Refunds:
Damage/Shortage of items shall be reported to customer service team within 3 hours of order receipt along with valid justifications: clear photos and videos with labels of the farm on the flower wrapping and master boxes, and our team will promptly assist in resolving the issue. A credit note shall be issued for valid and verified claims.
7. Invoices and Payment methods: electronic or physical invoices shall be issued directly to Clients. Payment can be done through below different methods:
- Online transfer to Camelia Bank account
- Online payment through a payment link
- Cash
- Credit Customers: Payment shall be made according to the existing credit period, invoice and delivery notes will be submitted along with delivery of orders. Invoices and Delivery Notes shall be acknowledged by signing and providing the official stamp.
8. Flower Sourcing:
We strive to procure flowers either directly from the farm or through auctions on the day of packing, ensuring the delivery of exceptionally fresh flowers. In cases where assortment flowers are not available in the auction on the packing day, clients will be promptly updated on the same day, with suitable alternatives suggested.
